The Homework Hub is coming to Cowbridge, St Athan and Llantwit Major!

We are coming to you soon!

Exciting news for families in Cowbridge, St Athan and Llantwit Major! The Homework Hub is expanding to these communities, offering primary school-aged children a supportive and fun environment to further develop their academic skills.

The Homework Hubs will provide a range of resources and activities to help children with their studies, including:

  • Personalised learning support from qualified teachers
  • Engaging games and activities to make learning fun
  • A safe and welcoming atmosphere for children to concentrate and learn

These new locations will join the existing Homework Hub in Rhoose, providing more families in the Vale of Glamorgan access to this valuable service.

The start dates, times & location for each hub are as follows:

Cowbridge: Monday(s) 11th November 4.00-5.00 PM

United Free Church, 15 The Broad Shoard, Cowbridge CF71 7DA

Llantwit Major: Tuesday(s) 12th November 4.00-5.00 PM

CF61 Centre, Station Road, Llantwit Major, CF61 1ST 

St Athan Wednesday(s) 13th November 4.00-5.00 PM

The Gathering Place, Flemingston Road, St Athan, CF62 4JH 

Rhoose 14th November 3.45-4.45 PM

Rhoose Community Hall, Stewart Road, Rhoose, CF62 3EZ

We highly recommend Julie’s English sessions! Since August of this year, we've been working with Julie to complement the English component of our homeschooling curriculum. During her sessions, Julie introduces a variety of wonderful books and explains how certain paragraphs are written, helping Way develop his writing skills. Each session also includes a writing component where Way is encouraged to write recipes, short diary entries, and more. Julie provides thoughtful suggestions and motivates him to write with greater precision and detail. Because we travel frequently, the online format works perfectly for us. We're very grateful for Julie's patience, encouragement, and dedication!
